sweet! we live in tempe on rural and southern. a lot of couples live there its duplexes and i have heard some go for 650 but we pay 800 depends who you are renting from. were you wanting to live in mesa? tempe is so great i love it! a guy in my ward is really good with finding really good deals so i can ask him??
