Already a Third of a Year

Aubree is 4 months old.

She likes to sing and chat.
She insists on being on her tummy.
She giggles (my heart melts) when she's tickled.
She loves to pull on her froggy car seat toy.
She rolls and maneuvers her body when on the ground.
She has to have her blankie on her face and binkie when she sleeps.
She sleeps 9 hours every night.
She loves her jungle gym.
She is obsessed with splashing the water in the bath/ocean/pool.
She loves to snuggle mom before nap time.
She likes to be outside and observes everything around her.
She spits up after she eats.
She can't sit still anymore.
She likes it when daddy throws her in the air.
She loves to reach out and grab everything, if and when she gets a hold of it, it goes right in her mouth.
She likes to skype with her families back in Arizona.

I am loving this stage. She is learning new things everyday and growing up so fast. It honestly makes me and Rob so sad because she's going to be 18 by the time we know it. I love that she knows who I am and knows my voice. We love this little lady so much!

I'm not a huge fan of having a million toys everywhere. I guess having a lot of things in general makes me want to get rid of stuff - Mom, I know I'm OCD haha.
Well I started to feel bad for my child because she has no toys (except Sophie the giraffe) and she's at the stage where she's grabbing things, putting them in her mouth, etc.

I made my weekly errand to Costco and came across this amazing...mobile thingy. Thanks Nana J for buying it :)!

Right when I put Aubree on it, she seriously didn't know what to do with herself. As you can see, she is obsessed with it.
That smile makes me melt.

Rob's Aunt, Shellie, visited us for a weekend and she captured some cute pictures during Aubree's bath time.

Peer Pressure

We were lucky enough to get invited to go wakeboarding with some friends (Rob's boss) on a lake that has alligators in it, NO JOKE I have seen them! I told Rob before-hand that I wasn't going to go wakeboarding because I was freaked out and that he couldn't pressure me into going...well that went in one ear and out the other because he totally pressured me into going. I was all geared up and ready to jump in, it just took me 10 minutes to get enough courage. Seriously, I was thinking the worse...after a few screams I think I was ok haha. I ended up having the best time!

Aubree slept a grand total of 3 hours on the boat - we were amazed! So we got to enjoy ourselves and not worry about her.

The water and weather were absolutely perfect - not too cold and not too hot. What a great day it was!! Thanks to the Chatfields for a fun time!
