Shark Valley

Last weekend we went to Shark Valley located in the everglades where wild alligators roam. It is a 15 mile bike ride and along the path you see tons of huge alligators. Because it was so HOT outside - they were in the trees! We were so bummed, so we are going back in the winter when it isn't so hot. Supposedly, the alligators are speed bumps on the path because there are so many.

We only saw 2 baby gators and a turtle. We heard a bunch of them in the trees though.

So fun Sheree! One of my favorite memories of Florida is going to the everglades and riding an airboat. The alligators came right up to us. We also ate some gator tails and frog legs. They really do taste like chicken. Try it!
