el salvador

For those who heard we are moving to El Salvador in May, we aren't anymore :(. It was going to cost us a lot of money for the 6 weeks we were going to be there. We are really bummed about it because it offers amazing opportunities and life changing experiences. To learn more about this program, click here.

meet Broken Toe Betty...

"Hi there, I'm Broken Toe Betty. My family gave me that name because I have a broken toe as you can see. It doesn't bother me because all I do is lay eggs all day long. Notice the cute boy behind me...I have a crush on him. I hear he only eats my eggs, what a sweetie. Well I better get back to the coupe, the others are probably getting jealous".

My family collects about 18 eggs/day from their chicken coupe. If you are interested in organic eggs (taste great and are better for you...duh), they are $2/dozen. This offer is only for AZ peeps, let me know if you want some and I'll hook you up.
