In Loving Memory of Bear Stapley

Today is a day we will never forget. Bear Stapley passed this morning. He had been sick for a couple days...he waited for my family to get home from church to finally let Heavenly Father take him to Doggie Heaven. He was considered a best friend by all of us. Bear had such a fun personality and loved everyone.

His best traits were chasing and catching birds/squirrels/chickens, rolling over, hand shaking, being obedient, keeping food on his nose until we said he could eat it, greeting us when we pulled in the driveway, being a friend, and many more.

Bear passed on a memorable day. He will be missed and in our hearts always. We know he is in a happy place now. We love you Bear! Happy Easter.

Madison's Bridal Shower

It was fun helping with Madison's shower! She got some cute things that Matt will enjoy, wink wink!! They get hitched on May 8th. We can't wait!

One More Year!

My brother Brandon hit his year mark. He is doing great and loves Spokane!

Meemer's Wedding

My good friend Emily Owens got hitched on the 27th. So I got to go home for 5 whole days. I had the BEST time! Minus Rob staying in Utah :(. The weather was incredible. It was great taking school off and getting away from the cold!

I'll post more pics when I get them. I left my camera in Utah, so I borrowed everyone else's.

Strawberries on Sale

So I made these...and I ate 75% of them.

5K

Ran the Rex Lee 5k last Saturday. There were millions of people. We just trotted our way around campus. My friends and I jogged/walked...we enjoyed the nice weather!

My Heart Melted

I forgot to post what Rob got me for Valentine's Day... ...

All he told me was, don't have any plans after 230. I got really nervous because I asked him what my presence needed to look like (guys don't know the difference between casual and dressy). He said I have something for you to wear. So I asked do I need to put makeup on and do my hair...he seemed confused when I asked him that. Finally, after I asked him a couple more times he said yes do hair and no makeup.

In my mind, I'm trying not to guess what the surprise was...maybe a facial? maybe a massage? After I do my hair, there are new comfy shorts on the bed waiting for me and my rainbows. There are also directions of what I am doing next. It says get in the car and follow directions that are in there.

I get in the car, there is box with a bow that says don't open me until you arrive at the destination. I follow the map. It takes me to the most darling Day Spa/Boutique called Amara. In the box was a 90 minute pedicure. I about died in heaven.

I come home so happy and relaxed to dinner on the table with candles, music, and a fire. After dinner I gave him his present... ... ...

I'm 23 aaah!

I'm 23 today, which means it's time for a little Sherbert. I'm so baby hungry, I don't know what to do. My best cuz is pregs, the girl who lives above us is pregs, everyone in the ward is pregs....my turn to be pregs?

Anyway, I had a great birthday. We were actually babysitting for the weekend, but we had a fun time as usual. Rob makes it easy on me because he entertains the kids all day long and I just have to pick up after them. We got a babysitter so I could have a birthday dinner with our friends. Then we attended the LDS Film Festival because our good friend, Michael, had his movie showing there.My pod broke, so my mom surprised me and got me a new one!! Rob got me these sweet boots that I LOVE, especially for when it snows.

ROB'S BIRTHDAY!

Happy Happy Birthday to Robbie!

This morning I made him a 24 pancake.

We celebrated his birthday at Tucanos with our friends. They made him stand when they sang 'Happy Birthday' to him and he started dancing!! I was so amazed, I had never seen these hidden moves before. It was a treat!

New Years Eve Party

My parent's friends hosted a New Years Eve party. It was probably the best party we have ever been too. Between Rob and I, we won 4 gifts by winning the games we played.

Over Christmas Break

I left 25 degree weather and came home for the break to 75 degree weather. I couldn't have been happier. I got sun burnt by the way, it was a nice feeling!

Brandon is currently in Kamiah, ID

ONE YEAR!

Sherbert got married a year ago today! I can't believe how fast time goes by. Is it time for a baby? My answer...yes. Rob's answer...not yet. Anyone can tell you that Rob is the greatest. I am so lucky to have him. He is wonderful and I love him very much. Happy Anniversary!

I can't wait for finals to be over. I can't wait to be in AZ. I can't wait for Christmas. I can't wait to see Rob's face when he opens his presents. I can't wait to eat sauerkraut at GMa's. I can't wait to be in warmer weather. I can't wait for our one year anniversary. The end.

Elder Sean Laney Departs

The Laney gang came up to Utah to take Sean to the MTC! We had a great time spending our last few days with him. He will do a wonderful job serving the Chileans! (he's on the right)

What Are The Chances? Part II

We were at the movies with our friends waiting for the movie to start and this guy sitting behind Rob spills his whole bag of popcorn all over Rob's head. The only thing the guy had to say was, "good thing it wasn't buttered". I almost peed my pants! Rob just sat there with popcorn all over his head, shoulders, and lap.

What Are The Chances?

Ask me if I've been driving on an expired temporary license plate for over 2 months...Well I have been and it's not my fault. Long story! I try to get sandwiched between cars so cops can't see my expired temporary, terrible huh! Every time I set foot in my car I think, "am I going to get pulled over today?!" Well that day came. I was going 63 in a 65, just to be cautious, and out of nowhere I see the swirling lights behind me. Luckily enough he was a nice cop and gave me a warning.

Interview!

I applied for a Dental Hygiene school in Utah and I got an interview!! It's in a month and I'm so scared. If it goes well, I'll find out soon after that. Any advice?

Halloween Week

We carved pumpkins with the Skousens!! In this pic we are imitating our pumpkins (notice: Rob didn't know what face to make because he carved stars.)

We went to our ward Halloween party. Rob was a yoga instructor and I was his yoga mat. Ps Rob is wearing spandex.
Rob and I played mom and dad to 4 little girls again. We had such a great time and yes they were still drooling over Rob! Girls flock towards him haha.

We went home for fall break because Rob's brother Matt had his homecoming talk and his other brother Sean had his farewell talk...on the same day. It was so great to experience that! Meanwhile, the Laney's moved into a lake house. It felt like we were at Lake Powell...we went out on the boat like 3 times a day. It was so so so wonderful to be in the warm sun again!
We liked to bring Ringo the cat with us on the paddle boat. Rob got a kick out of seeing how far he could jump to get to shore without touching the water. Ringo hates water!
Matt brought home a bundle of gangster attire from his mission in Baltimore. Not for Halloween, but for real. The jackets have built-in gun pockets on the inside...creepy. Notice Rae has her diamond grill on and they are holding canes which are really knives.Rob made fun of me one night because I tucked my shirt in to my pants. Boys don't know style.
